President's Award for Teachers (PAT) 2026

The President's Award for Teachers (PAT) gives national recognition to the critical role that teachers play in moulding the future of our nation. It pays tribute to excellent teachers who, through words and deeds, inspire both their students and peers.

PAT is open to teachers presently in service at a primary school, secondary school, Junior College/Millennia Institute, Polytechnic, Institute of Technical Education, or National Institute of Early Childhood Development.

Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA) 2026

The Outstanding Youth in Education Award (OYEA) gives national recognition to young teachers who are role models for the teaching profession. These educators motivate, challenge and inspire their students to realise their full potential. They personify deep passion for teaching, youthful idealism, energy and enthusiasm, and play a critical role in moulding the future of the nation.

OYEA is open to teachers aged 35 years and below in 2026, and presently in service at a primary school, secondary school, junior college/Millennia Institute.
