SLS Support for Home-based Learning


SLS User ID

The student SLS Login ID is the first 5 characters of  her full name as per NRIC/FIN, followed by the last 5 characters of NRIC/FIN (inclusive of the last letter). 

Example:
Name: Jane Smith 
NRIC/FIN:  T1234567G
SLS User ID: JANES4567G


Self Password Reset for SLS

Students are encouraged to carry out a self password reset for SLS as this is the fastest method to obtain a new password for their account

To be able to carry out a self-password reset, the student must either remember the answer to the three security questions OR  
Register and verify an email address within the SLS (see https://tinyurl.com/wkzrmsb for Guide). If you have already registered an email address in the SLS. You can click on the forget password link at https://vle.learning.moe.edu.sg.


School Operating Hours 

During school operating hours, students should contact the School-based Helpline for SLS access matters such as password reset and unlocking of accounts. Students or parents are to email their subjects teachers for any subject-related matters or queries.

Non-School Operating Hours 

Outside the school operating hours, students should contact the SLS Helpdesk for support.
